What it does
- Classifies category and priority and drafts a concise response.
- Preserves every source ticket ID through the final queue.
- Keeps API and schema failures visible as manual-review items.
What it does not do
- It never sends a customer reply automatically.
- It never changes an account or processes a refund.
- It does not automatically retry failed billable requests.
Tested behavior
Verified on n8n 2.38.1 with 9 behavioral tests, 6 runtime scenarios, and 15 local stub requests. The public export is credential-free.
One-click connection
After you sign in, apixly creates a scoped workflow grant. Your existing studixly key stays server-side; the connected copy can call only this workflow relay and remains bounded and revocable.
